Susan Snyder is a graduate in the first class of Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School in the United States She is a Healing Qigong Teacher certified by the Ling Gui Healing Qigong School to teach Liu Dong's Method and participates in Ling Gui's Senior Teacher Training Program.

| Jade Woman:
Qigong for Women is a treat for women seeking

for anemia, PMS, menopause, perimenopause, and gynecological

| 1000 Hands
Buddha Qigong for Relieving Stress and Calming the
Heart is a seated meditation, which quickly
stills the emotions and the mental chatter. Practiced
daily, this form leads to emotional calmness, mental
clarity, and spiritual wisdom. It helps to fight
stress and improve memory. |
| Sleeping
Buddha Qigong is a simple seated qigong
meditation for healing insomnia. It helps to
calm the heart and mind, reset the internal clock
and prepare the body's energy system for sleep.

Treasures/Ba Duan Jin is one of the oldest
and most famous qigong methods in China. This
is good for stretching the muscles and tendons, and
strengthens each organ-energy system. It helps
